Arian Ploeg, Manager, Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Arian holds a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) gained through Macquarie University. Arian also holds the Diploma of Management (BSB51107) and the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110). After working as a teacher and Authorised Supervisor in long day care services, she moved into management positions for long day care and outside school hours care. These roles involved supporting services to adhere to legislation and regulation and to improve on the quality of their learning environments in many facets. Arian has also been an Operations
Manager for a large organisation providing a variety of children’s services.

Amy Dorahy, Project Officer RTO
Amy has completed her Diploma of Children’s Services and has also completed part of her Bachelor of Education. Amy is currently studying her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Amy has had eight years experience in working in community-based long day care services in various roles.

Rebecca Clifford, Corporate Services Officer
Rebecca comes to Community Child Care Co-operative with a diverse background. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Design, worked as a professional graphic designer, then returned to study a Grad Dip Ed. in High School Design & Technology. She also worked in a long day care centre for a number of years before relocating to London to work for the British Government, putting a Bill through Parliament. Rebecca is part of our administration staff and has completed a Cert IV Business (Front Line Management).
