Professional Development and Support offers learning programs and consultancy for educators and providers across the Early Childhood sector. Our training is designed to benefit a range of learners, whether the aim is to be compliant with regulation, to provide and improve the quality of education and care through increased knowledge and better practice or to build on an existing quality reputation.
Accredited training or qualification
Community Child Care Co-operative provides a range of Nationally Recognised Training for staff working in children’s services. As the peak body that knows and understands children’s services, Community Child Care has designed all courses to acknowledge the realities of working in the sector. Many courses can be studied by distance education. All the courses are designed not just to develop skills, but to earn a qualification that can help further the careers of you and your staff.
Subsidised professional development and support
Children’s Services Central is the Professional Support Coordinator in New South Wales and is an initiative funded by the Australian Government under the Inclusion and Professional Support Program. Children’s Services Central provides professional development to eligible education and care services to support them to understand and meet the requirements of the National Quality Standard, and to implement approved learning frameworks, including the Early Years Learning Framework and the Framework for School Age Care – My Time, Our Place.
