Traineeship Traineeships combine paid work and structured training. They allow individuals to learn workplace skills and receive a nationally accredited qualification.

Traineeships have numerous benefits, such as financial incentives (for eligible agreements); reducing the impact of current and future skills shortages on businesses; developing a valuable staff member; encouraging staff retention; and providing career pathways.

Traineeships include paid employment, a formal training agreement between a trainee and employer, structured training and a training program delivered by an RTO (Registered Training Organisation), such as Community Child Care Co-operative (NSW).

Community Child Care Co-operative offers traineeships for the following nationally recognised qualifications:

  • CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Traineeships at Community Child Care Co-operative can be commenced at any time of the year and can be for the New Entrant or Existing Workers.  Existing Workers are those that have been employed by the organisation for longer than three months.
